3D CAD Modelling – using Solidworks to produce fabrication and manufacturing drawings. From single parts to complex assemblies with multiple components and sub-assemblies.
2D Cad Modelling – using AutoCAD to produce our plan and section views for architectural drawings, site plans and general arrangements.
Structural Steel Design – using Tekla Structures to produce our steel detailing drawings for items such as CAT ladders, gantries, structural steel frames and platforms, mezzanine floors as well as staircases and balustrades.
Laser Cutting – highly accurate and fast cutting of multiple metals and plastics from the approved drawings we create for our customers
Sheet Metal Bending – using Solidworks to create the developed sheet and flat pattern for laser cutting we are able to produce simple and complex sheet metal items
Tube Cutting – using Solidworks to support our tube cutting operations, we are able to cut the tubing required to fabricate our customers projects
Structural Steel Fabrication – using Tekla Structures to produce a 3D model and associated fabrication drawings, we are able to fabricate our customers steel requirements to an approved design.
Precision Engineering – using Solidworks we are able to provide highly accurate CNC machining services in the following areas, Milling in both 3 & 5 axis, Turning and Drilling/Threading
